Learn how to set up Previo as. ‘set and forget’ pre-consultation form .
There are 3 main ways to get the most out of Previo with your clients.
1 - add your prep link to appointment reminders and confirmation messages in your salon software so clients get it before their appointment. (Be sure to add a compelling CTA to get them to click the clink and complete their profile)
2 - create a QR from your prep link, print them and have them positioned in reception or at workstations and mirrors so clients can scan and complete their profile while they wait.
3 - download the app to a salon device such as an ipad or tablet and set it to ‘kiosk mode’ so clients cam complete their profiles on the salon device.
